Since kicking off his career as an artist and designer in 2000, This Chicago native has traversed a wide array of projects and skillset demands. His roots are settled in the world of traditional drawing and print design, but he soon branched off into web design and search marketing. He has worked with a wide variety of clients- from local startups to regional car dealerships to national brands like H&R Block, Georgia Tech and Comcast. He has been involved in projects as an interactive designer, information architect, search marketer, and front end developer.

Dan has a passion for art and the art community. He is a moderator of r/art and r/design - communities that total over 60,000 subscribers - on the social link website Reddit. He also works as the acting UI designer for the Reddit Enhancement Suite - a reddit.com browser addon in use by over 200,000 people.

Dan believes in digital marketing. So much so that he started up his own side business Rankings Guru which now has a dedicated team of 3 (as well as freelancers) and a growing client roster.

On his own time, Dan enjoys street art. He has turned his garage into a painting studio where he spends much of his time improving his skills with spray paint on canvas board.

Dan is an avid gamer. He has personally owned almost every major console since the days of the Atari. He is also a film enthusiast having formerly worked at Hollywood Video. His love of gaming and media has spilled over into his work. He takes many cues from other mediums when he approaches web and interactive design.
